CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – Part Time –The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering incoming calls and inputting information into CIS system. Communicate all necessary customer information to supervisors, carriers, and district managers. Verification of new starts and restart of subscriptions and input of necessary subscriber financial information. Ability to multi task – may be assigned to other “nonphone” clerical assignments if needed. Find ways to say “yes” to customer problems.

ADVERTISING ACCOUNTING MANAGER – The Advertising Accounting Manager will supervise a staff of accountants and clerks, oversee the month end closing process for advertising revenue and general ledger account reconciliation. Responsible for maintenance/operation of advertising billing system (Mactive) and compliance with SOX documentation and controls. Will research and resolve billing discrepancies. Excellent starting salary and benefits. Minimum of 2 to 4 years supervisory experience. Ability to work within a deadline orientated environment and handle multiple projects and tasks. SAP and Mactive experience a plus.

WEB DEVELOPER PHILLY.COM – work with content producers, designers and product managers to develop solutions/applications; help extend existing website and system functionalities; manage website structure, SEO and analytics. Self-starter requiring minimal supervision. Must be experienced in designing, developing, deploying and supporting web sites; strong experienced with XML, DHTML, CSS, Javascript; API and DB programing in PHP, ASP.NET, or JSP/JSF, Apache Velocity scripting a plus. DEVELOPER/PROGRAMMER ANALYST – Analyzing application requirements and developing technical solutions using various programming languages based on project requirements. Responsibilities include but not limited to web based and client server application support and development using the latest technologies such as HTML, XML, php, .Net and Perl; application support for existing publishing/advertising systems and applications; working with relational databases such as SQL, Oracle and Sybase; develop and maintain various feeds to vendors as well as feeds from online sources for reverse publication. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with end users to gather and document requirements during analysis phase and interact with management and technical staff through the life of the development cycle.

SYSTEMS ANALYST – Responsible for the support and maintenance of all network components and applications. Conduct research and evaluation of network technology and recommend purchases of network equipment. Primary responsibilities are to analyze and resolve technical problems for established networks. Plan, test, recommend and implement network, file server, mainframe and workstation hardware and software. Recommend network solutions for short, medium and long-range network projects. The Telephone Sales Rep can work either Part Time or Full Time and is responsible for selling home delivery subscriptions to non-subscribers and/or upgrading existing weekend subscribers to 7-day delivery. INCENTIVE & GOAL ANALYST – develop and distribute monthly revenue goals and generate performance statistics for sales staff of 150 plus sales representatives. Maintain historical measure of performances; develop reporting, tracking and payment tools for incentive/spiff programs. Bachelor degree in Finance related field; strong analytical skills with 1-2 years of experience preferred; excellent computer skills required with emphasis on Excel and Access programs-proficiency in developing and maintaining Macros a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with various levels of management necessary. Ability to work in fast paced, deadline driven environment with strong planning, organizational and time management skills required.

MECHANIC -Primary duties of this position include the repair and maintenance of company owned vehicles including fleet of cargo vans, step vans, straight trucks and tractor-trailers in our vehicle maintenance facility. Major job responsibilities include performing state mandated mechanical inspections and air brake certification. Repair and replace all engines and clutch components. Mount, balance and install car and truck tires. Dispense fuel at the company refueling area.
